Senior Operations Analyst – Key Technology Department
Hours: 35 hr per week Closing Date: Sat, 11 Jul 2026
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive Senior Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of a key Technology department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that core operational activities are well-managed, structured, and consistently delivered, allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll own and drive the coordination, tracking, and execution of daily operations—from governance tracking and operational coordination to communications, analysis, and improvement initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support department operations, ensuring activities are coordinated, tracked, and delivered effectively
- Own and maintain departmental governance, including:
- Tracking actions, risks, decisions
- Ensuring follow-through on commitments
- Bring structure and organisation to operational processes to enhance consistency and clarity
- Act as the central point of coordination, keeping work on track and priorities aligned
- Provide operational support to leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic activity
- Develop high-quality materials, including:
- Weekly updates
- Presentations
- Clear communications
- Enhance engagement and internal communications across the department
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations
- Address ad hoc requests, such as:
- Analysing datasets or problem statements
- Developing clear insights, options, or recommendations for consideration
