Senior Operations Coordinator

Senior Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics ensuring all travel, accommodation, and venue details are correct
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Maintain control over budgets
- Support junior team members, helping them to grow
- On-the-ground event delivery, working with teams and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly

Senior Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in event management or operations, ideally within educational or tourism
- The ability to lead a team and help junior members develop their skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
- Willing to travel
- Full driving license required

Senior Operations Coordinator Key Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with options to work 08:00 – 16:00, 08:30 – 16:30, 09:00 – 17:00, 09:30 – 17:30 (flexible working hour requests can also be considered around term time)
