Senior Operations Director
Gravitiq is a private equity-backed consumer brand group building and scaling health and beauty brands into omnichannel category leaders. Our portfolio spans cosmetics, supplements, medical devices and wellness products across Amazon, retail and DTC globally. We are now entering the next phase of growth, focused on building the operational infrastructure required to scale with greater predictability, control and resilience. This role is central to that transition. As Senior Operations Director, this role brings together Supply Chain, Product Development and Regulatory, Technology, and Customer Support into a single, high-performing system. You will translate ambitious growth plans into operational reality by building the structure, processes and capabilities required to support a multi-channel, international business. Working closely with Commercial, Brand and Finance, you will ensure plans are aligned, realistic and executable, improving how the business forecasts, prioritises and delivers. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set direction while staying close to execution, identifying issues early, challenging assumptions and driving consistent delivery. We are looking for someone who has built operational foundations during scale, not just managed established systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
