Senior Operations & Sales Executive job in London within the luxury ski travel industry, offering up to £40,000 pa depending on experience. This is a hands-on operations role covering guest bookings, client relationships and trip logistics, with the opportunity to grow into trip sales.

▌ Our Customer
Our client is a boutique luxury travel specialist, organising bespoke heli-ski trips for private and VIP guests worldwide. Known for meticulous attention to detail and close, personal relationships with their guests, they deliver a seamless experience from first enquiry through to the final itinerary.
They are now seeking a Senior Operations & Sales Executive to take ownership of guest bookings and trip logistics, before developing into trip sales and marketing as your product knowledge grows.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of all guest bookings for bespoke heli-ski trips, while developing into trip sales and supporting marketing activity as you build your product knowledge.

- Organise all logistics for heli-ski trips, including flights, hotels and transfers
- Manage timely client invoicing, payment processing and receipting
- Build and maintain relationships with ski resorts and hotel groups
- Prepare and send out detailed trip itineraries
- Respond to sales enquiries and support new business development
- Maintain and develop relationships with guests
- Manage social media channels
▌ Experience Required
- Proven track record of being highly organised and detail-focused
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Experience working in luxury travel
- Confident interacting effectively with demanding, VIP clients
- Some experience or understanding of skiing (you don’t need to be an expert)
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
- Happy to be office-based for the core season, with hybrid flexibility in summer
