Senior Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: London, UK

Compensation: £45,000 - £60,000 / year

Description

We're looking for an Operations & Stinter Acquisition Manager to lead the operational success of our Workforce function, ensuring both our partners and Stinters receive an exceptional experience every day. You'll lead the team responsible for keeping sites well supplied, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving service quality as we scale. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Commercial, Screening, Live Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure our operational engine runs smoothly.

This isn't just about managing day-to-day operations. You'll play a key role in shaping how the function evolves, building scalable processes, introducing automation, improving reporting, and using data to make better decisions. You'll lead a growing team, identify opportunities to improve how we acquire, screen, and retain Stinters, and help design the systems, tools, and ways of working that will support the next stage of Stint's growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, building high-performing teams, and creating structure in fast-moving environments. You'll be analytical, commercially minded, and naturally curious, using data to identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across the Workforce function.

We're particularly excited to meet someone who embraces AI, automation, and technology as tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable teams to focus on higher-value problems. As Stint continues to scale, you'll play a central role in building an Operations function that is smarter, more efficient, and ready for the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
