Grounds Maintenance & Environmental Services | Multi-Contract Leadership | Lincolnshire
Oliver Sanderson is partnered on a retained basis with a global FM business to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to lead a significant multi-contract operation across Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded operational leader with the ability to drive service excellence, improve performance, develop high-performing teams and build strong client relationships across a diverse contract portfolio.
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of multiple contracts, ensuring service delivery, health & safety compliance, client satisfaction and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.

You will:
Lead multi-contract operations and service delivery. Own P&L performance and profitability. Build and develop high-performing teams. Manage key client and stakeholder relationships. Drive compliance, health & safety and operational excellence. Deliver contract growth and service improvement. Lead mobilisation, transformation and change.
You will bring:
Senior leadership experience within Grounds Maintenance, Environmental Services, FM, Utilities, Highways or similar sectors. Strong commercial and P&L management expertise. Experience managing complex, multi-site contracts. Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Excellent operational and strategic capability. Sound health, safety and compliance knowledge. A hands-on leadership style focused on performance and growth.
