We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help turn Enginuity's ambitions into real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of teams, projects and services, ensuring great ideas are translated into clear plans, strong governance and meaningful outcomes. Working across the organisation, you'll play an important role in driving continuous improvement, supporting growth and helping ensure our charity activities are well managed, evidence-led and making a lasting difference.
About the role
Working closely with the Associate Director of Charity Operations and Impact, the Senior Operations Manager will support the continued transformation of Enginuity by turning strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, reporting mechanisms and ways of working. You will also support good governance across the charity, providing oversight of risk, compliance, budgets, commissioning, supplier performance and delivery progress, ensuring clear visibility of performance, value for money and impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
