About Heat Geek
At Heat Geek, we are tackling one of the UK’s biggest carbon contributors: home heating.
Nearly 20% of all UK carbon emissions stems from home heating – and that contribution is even larger on a global scale. At Heat Geek, we are transforming this industry by simplifying traditionally complex processes and revolutionising the technology used by installers, making low-carbon heating mainstream and accessible.
So far, we are on track to prevent 1,000,000 kg of carbon from entering our atmosphere in Q1 of 2026. This is just the beginning.
Why Join Us?
People are at the heart of everything we do. From reducing households’ energy bills to easing the cost-of-living crisis, to empowering talented heating engineers with the tools for outstanding installations, we believe in the power of collective impact—often in small, meaningful ways.
To keep growing and scaling, we need passionate, driven, and curious teammates who care about making a real difference.

You’ll play a key role in challenging, refining, and evolving our systems—a role that thrives in clarity amidst ambiguity and delivers tangible results for the UK’s low-carbon heating revolution.
You’re welcome to apply if this resonates with you—but we’ll also appreciate it if you’re simply motivated to contribute to our mission, even if you don’t have every "perfect" qualification.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
