- Support recruitment and successful onboarding within your area

Drive Business Success:
- Coach and support managers in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure consistent quality in food and drink production
- Forecast sales, manage rotas, ordering and production
- Analyse regional performance, react proactively to challenges
- Hold P&L accountability for your area

- Embed and Drive Change:
- Champion new initiatives and standards
- Provide constructive feedback and transparent communication
- Adapt to business changes effectively
This role reports to the Head of Operations.
Additional Senior-Specific Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Align regional strategy with company goals
- People Leadership: Handle complex HR matters while modelling Pret behaviours
- Delivery Focus: Set high standards and drive financial/operational results
- Business Growth: Partner with internal/external teams to improve performance
- Mentorship: Guide new and promoted Operations Managers
- Resilience: Assume deputy Head of Operations duties in their absence
- Collaboration: Work across regions and with the Support Centre
- Innovation: Challenge norms and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Proven success in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Ability to lead teams through purposeful, flexible leadership
- Strategic mindset with regional growing experience
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer-centric service
What We Offer
Competitive Package
£71,175–£74,675 base salary, with up to 30% bonus

The Interview Process
- 30-minute conversation with the recruitment team (virtual or in-person at time of choice).
- In-person interview at Pret’s Head Office (London Victoria) with the hiring manager.
