About Lean Kitchen Network
Lean Kitchen Network is a venture builder creating and scaling some of the UK’s most commercially successful and culturally relevant food brands.
We partner with companies like Heinz, PepsiCo, and Doritos to turn high-demand ideas into scalable, high-performing food concepts – operating across 300+ kitchens nationwide.
We're building a new kind of food platform, combining brand, data, and operations to unlock growth at scale.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact role with ownership of delivery performance across our partner network. You’ll lead our Account Management function, own delivery revenue performance across platforms, and play a key role in shaping how Lean Kitchen scales.
This is about more than managing performance—it’s about owning one of the biggest growth levers in the business, driving partner success, and building the systems that take us to the next level.

- Drive delivery revenue performance across Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat
- Identify and execute high-impact commercial levers (visibility, conversion, AOV, menu strategy, promotions)
- Consistently test, learn, and scale what works across the network
- Partner with Brand and Marketing to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth
Drive Partner Success & Performance
- Engage directly with license partners to support, challenge, and improve performance
- Build strong relationships with operators, ensuring they feel supported and set up to succeed
- Hold partners accountable to brand and operational standards
- Use data to prioritise interventions and unlock growth across the network
- Optimise brand-partner fit to ensure the right brands are in the right locations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
