Job purpose
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of the London development and project consultancy team, providing high calibre project management services to high end commercial clients. You will deliver current workload, including investor led refurbishment, added value and new build schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial asset classes, as well as build relationships with existing and new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Associate project manager or for someone looking to make the step up to associate level to work with a people focused organisation and our enviable client list.

Key accountabilities
1.0 Primarily Working Within The Commercial Sector, Undertaking
1.1 Project management services on office, industrial logistics, retail and residential (and other) new build, refurbishment, alteration, extension, and fit-out projects on schemes typically ranging from £2m to £50m, but with some far in excess of this.
1.2 Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent Role.
2.0 Enhance TFT’s service offering for project delivery.
3.0 Good working knowledge of key JCT contracts, including experience in contractual issues such as extension of time, loss and expense claims etc.
4.0 Building new business to support strategic growth objectives by securing repeat business through successful project delivery.
Performance criteria
1.0 MRICS or MAPM qualified ideally from a Building Surveying or technical background (Architecture or Engineering for example).
2.0 Strong relevant track record in project delivery (with large degree of autonomy).
3.0 Ability to meet and exceed fee targets.
4.0 Building client relationships with positive outcomes.
5.0 Leading project teams and building trust.

1.0 Business focussed
1.1 Sought out by existing clients for repeat business.
1.2 Socially adept and networks at business development events.
2.0 Confident, client facing communicator both verbally and in writing.
3.0 Able to manage and lead others and project teams.
4.0 Lateral mindedness – able to think creatively to develop the brief, assemble the team and drive them through the feasibility, outline, detailed and final proposals stages of the design.
5.0 Organised and able to manage multiple key project issues to ensure projects remain on track.
6.0 Commercially driven.
7.0 Comfortable as the key client contact for each project.
