FENDI Ambassador – Job Responsibilities
MISSION STATEMENT
As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients.
MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-selling for all product categories;
- Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPI as directed by Department Manager / Store Manager;
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
Client Management
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base, while effectively using and mastering company CRM tools;
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up One On One appointments aligned with targets and company guidelines;
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations through a professional and individualized approach.

Store Operations
- Perform store duties assigned by team leaders and management;
- Demonstrate proficiency in:
- Company Sales Management System (stock transfer, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input).
Stock Management
- Ensure inventory accuracy by:
- Receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines (if applicable in a stock-less retail environment);
- Supporting store stock takes and cycle counts.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain visual merchandising in line with company standards;
- Uphold a safe, clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties;**
- May be required to permit other tasks as assigned based on capacity.
PROFILE

Experience & Education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in Luxury Sales;
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Adheres to high image standards and luxury ambiance;
- Strong selling and communication skills required;
- Excellent relationship-building, self-reliance, friendliness, and patience essential;
- High level of **organisation, professionalism, and self-confidence;
- Exceptional customer service acumen;
- Proficiency in computer skills and Retail Management Systems;
- Goal-oriented with ability to effectively multitask;
- Strong knowledge or interest in fashion/luxury industry ideally possess;
- Fluent in English, knowledge of a second language would be advantageous.
