FENDI Ambassador

MISSION STATEMENT

As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to our clients.


Main Role & Responsibilities

Sales Performance

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories
  • Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by Department Manager / Store Manager
  • Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched ones

Client Management

  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base
  • Implement CRM tools and master usage of the Company CRM tools provided
  • Execute CRM campaigns and set up One-On-One appointments in alignment with targets and guidelines
  • Ensure high service quality by delivering a professional and personalised customer experience

Store Operations

  • Perform duties assigned by team leaders and management
  • Correctly operate the Company Sales Management System for:
    • Stock transfer
    • Payments
    • Stock inquiries
    • Customer database input

Stock Management

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through:
    • Proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise (per company guidelines)
    • Supporting store stock takes and cycle-counts
  • (If applicable: assist in maintaining backroom stock per guidelines)

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines
  • Keep the store environment safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Implement daily housekeeping duties
  • May carry out any other duties within capacity deemed reasonable by the Company

Profile Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion, with at least 1 year in Luxury Sales

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Key Competencies

  • Maintains a high-level personal image standard
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship and customer service skills, independent, friendly, and patient
  • Organised, professional, self-confident, and goal-oriented
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Deep knowledge or strong interest in fashion/luxury industry
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
