FENDI Ambassador – Job Description
Mission Statement
As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients.
Main Role & Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling for all product categories;
- Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs as set by Department Manager / Store Manager.
- Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
Client Management
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base.
- Implement appropriate CRM tools and master usage of company CRM tools provided.
- Conduct CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
- Maintain customer service quality to meet expectations by providing a professional and individual customer experience.

Store Operations
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Ensure correct operation of company sales management systems, including:
- Stock transfer
- Payment processing
- Stock inquiry
- Customer database input
Stock Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to company guidelines (if applicable in a stock-assisted store).
- Support during store stock take and cycle-counts.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain visual merchandising per company guidelines.
- Keep the store safe, clean and well-organised with daily housekeeping duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned within your capacity.

Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Ladies RTW (Ready-to-Wear) category experience is essential—strong styling skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Must manage a high level of personal image standards.
- Strong selling and communication skills required.
- Excellent relationship management, with self-reliance, friendliness and patience.
- Must be organized, professional and self-confident.
- Strong customer service skills essential.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented, multitasking approach.
- Strong knowledge of/love for the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
