Job Title: Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Time & Labour & Absence Management)
Location: Hybrid-based with occasional travel to nearest base office Responsibilities You will lead high-impact Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programmes, with a focus on Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead client workshops (process design, configuration, testing, and validation)
- Provide strategic advice on best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM adoption
- Own and deliver end-to-end system configuration aligned with business requirements
- Conduct design playback sessions to demonstrate solution capabilities
- Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design deliverables
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations
- Drive user training and coaching for both client teams and internal deliverers
- Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience
You will have:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly:
- Absence & Time & Labour (OTL) configurations, including:
- Fast Formula configuration
- Onboarding journeys & approval workflows
- Absence & Time & Labour (OTL) configurations, including:
- Proven track record across multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Competence in:
- Leading solution design workshops
- Creating high-quality functional documentation
- Designing and delivering user training for key users and end users

- Senior consultant mindset capable of owning delivery end-to-end
- Strong communicator, confident in advising clients with robust expertise
- Experience in managing cross-level stakeholders across large transformations
- Passionate about delivering high-value Oracle Cloud solutions
- Collaborative mindset, committed to knowledge sharing
- Leadership in Oracle Cloud projects, particularly in Time & Labour and Absence Management
