Job Title: Senior Oracle Integration Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Consultant to design, build, and manage integrations across Oracle SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration skills with hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP functional experience, enabling them to bridge business requirements with technical delivery. Working knowledge of Oracle PaaS and IaaS is essential to support end-to-end cloud integration architectures.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM modules using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and maintain integrations using OIC components such as Integrations, Process Automation, Visual Builder, and API Platform Cloud Service.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical integration designs.
- Work hands-on with Oracle Fusion ERP functional modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement) to understand data flows and business processes driving integration needs.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, HDL, BIP reports, and Oracle Cloud Adapters.
- Leverage Oracle PaaS services (e.g., Autonomous Database, OIC, VBCS, API Gateway) and IaaS components to architect scalable, secure cloud solutions.
- Manage error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning of integration flows.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specs, data mapping documents, and support runbooks.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration landscapes.
- Mentor junior consultants/developers on OIC best practices and integration standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of overall Oracle Cloud experience, with a strong focus on integrations.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — building, deploying, and managing integrations.
- Functional working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance and/or SCM modules preferred).
- Experience integrating with Oracle HCM and SCM modules.
- Solid understanding of Oracle PaaS (Autonomous Database, VBCS, API Platform, Integration Cloud) and IaaS (Compute, Storage, Networking) concepts.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and API design principles.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Adapters, FBDI/HDL data loading templates, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS) for securing integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business and technical teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Exposure to DevOps practices for Oracle Cloud (CI/CD pipelines, version control for integrations).
- Prior consulting experience with client-facing delivery responsibilities.
- Experience across multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
