Contract Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant - Remote Outside IR35
The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, UK payroll legislation, payroll processing, Fast Formula development, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and providing functional guidance to customers. The role is predominantly hybrid which involves occasional visits to internal offices and client sites.
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with a strong specialization in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for UK customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements, HMRC reporting, payroll processes, and compliance obligations.
- Extensive experience configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll, including elements, balances, calculations, costing, payroll flows, and payroll reporting.
- Strong Fast Formula development expertise across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HCM modules.
- Proven experience delivering payroll implementations, post-go-live hyper care support, and ongoing Managed Services support.
- Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience working within a Managed Services environment and supporting customers against agreed SLAs.
