About Uncovered Uncovered is a London based social first creative agency founded in 2017. Social sits at the heart of everything that we do. From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience. Working with a diverse set of brands to understand their distinct identity and objectives, we apply social-first fundamentals for success: real world, real people, video-first. We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing, and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors, and videographers. We test, learn, and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy, through to reporting and analytics. Role Overview: The Senior Organic Creative is a social-first copywriter and concept creator specialising in organic content that feels culturally relevant, entertaining and highly shareable. This role focuses on developing concepts, scripts and social formats designed to perform organically across TikTok, Instagram and Shorts, with a strong understanding of humour, storytelling and everyday audience behaviours. They will play a key role in helping brands show up authentically in-feed through reactive, culturally aware and entertainment-led content.
Roles & Responsibilities: Organic Creative Development: Develop social-first concepts designed for organic engagement and shareability Script skits, memes, reactive formats and creator-led content across multiple categories Create entertaining content ideas that appeal to broad audiences, not just Gen Z Respond quickly to trends, behaviours and cultural moments Copywriting & Scripting: Write scripts, captions, hooks and creative copy across a range of social formats Develop platform-native storytelling approaches tailored to each channel Work closely with creators, producers and editors to bring concepts to life Ensure content feels authentic to platform culture and audience expectations Collaboration & Creative Culture: Collaborate closely with Strategy, Video and Production teams Bring regular inspiration, trends and creative references into the agency Support ideation across retained and project-based clients Contribute to a positive and creatively ambitious culture Qualifications & Experience: Strong experience creating organic social content within an agency, publisher or brand environment Proven experience scripting social-first content and short-form video Deep understanding of internet culture, humour and social behaviours Strong portfolio of organic social work Experience working with creators and social talent is desirable Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent copywriting and scripting ability Strong instinct for humour, entertainment and audience behaviour Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Shorts Culturally aware and consistently tapped into social trends Fast paced, proactive and highly collaborative Strong creative judgement and platform awareness Benefits: Hybrid and Flexible working (Monday & Friday work from home) Free Breakfast, Snacks & Drinks Pension Scheme Friday 3pm Finish Cycle to Work Scheme SPILL Therapy Support Monthly Wellness Fund Eye Care Allowance £500 Referral Scheme Personal Development Day Dental Health Plan 12 Month Season Ticket / Travel Loan
