Senior Organic Search Manager

Senior Organic Search Manager – Tombola

At Tombola, we're looking for a Senior Organic Search Manager to lead our organic search strategy across the UK, Italy, and Spain.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with execution, helping to grow one of our most valuable acquisition channels. You'll work across SEO, ASO, content, and technical optimisation, partnering with teams across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Compliance to ensure organic search is embedded in how we build and grow our products.

You'll lead a small team, manage our agency partners, and use data and insight to influence business decisions, identify opportunities, and drive scalable growth. If you're passionate about organic search, enjoy collaborating across disciplines, and thrive on delivering measurable commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Strategy & commercial leadership

  • Develop and deliver the organic search strategy across our Bingo and Casino brands in the UK, Italy, and Spain.
  • Forecast traffic, conversions, and commercial impact, using data to inform investment decisions and demonstrate channel performance.
  • Champion organic search across the business, ensuring SEO and ASO are considered early in product, content, and technical planning.
  • Monitor industry developments, search algorithm changes, AI search trends, and competitor activity, translating insights into action.

Team leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Organic Search team, creating an environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
  • Manage relationships with external SEO and ASO agency partners, driving high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
