Senior Orthopaedic Robotics Specialist (CORI)

One of the most advanced orthopaedic technology innovators is seeking a Senior Orthopaedic Robotics Specialist to drive growth in robotic adoption.
This highly visible, field-based sales role offers the chance to partner with surgeons and internal teams across the Midlands and Northern England, shaping how robotics is embraced in hospitals. Cerelious in enabling transformative innovation, you’ll build long-term clinical relationships while making a measurable impact.
About the Role
You will spearhead the growth of robotics in our portfolio, working closely with surgeons, sales teams, and technical specialists to:
- Launch new robotic installations and accelerate adoption in established hospitals
- Drive utilisation growth in key accounts and pioneer adoption in new markets
- Train and engage surgeons through demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on coaching
- Act as the go-to technical and clinical expert, supporting troubleshooting in the Real Intelligence environment
- Build surgeon confidence in our technology while ensuring seamless implementations and smooth client handoffs
This blend of clinical credibility and commercial acumen will position you as a trusted advisor, ensuring surgeons and teams feel supported and excited about the future of orthopaedic robotics.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Commercial Growth
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with surgeons, key stakeholders, and hospital leadership
- Work with teams to identify and on-board new surgeon users while maintaining robust sales pipelines
- Penetrate existing accounts and demonstrate value through hands-on engagement

Clinical & Training Leadership
- Lead hands-on training sessions, workshops, and congress activity
- Provide real-time technical support for installations and troubleshooting
- Ensure confident, successful adoption of robotics in every hospital Visit
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage clinically with internal specialists,stvover sales (Recon teams), and top-tier surgeons
- Drive awareness of robotic advancements through pre AND post-launch collaboration
Advocacy & Championing Change
- Promote the adoption of disruptive, enabling technologies in orthopaedics
- Be the face of clinical excellence in your region
What You’ll Need
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in robotic, orthopaedic or reconstructive sales, with a strong track record of surgeon engagement and stakeholder influence
- Clinical comfort in high-stakes environments, able to deliver hands-on hands-on technical training in operating theatre settings
- Driven, challenger mindset with a passion for disruptive technologies and a culture of high utilisation growth
- Willingness to travel extensively (~75% national travel)
Desirable Qualities
- Background in mechanical engineering, surgery or related fields—clinical credibility is highly advantage
- Strong connectivity in orthopaedic or robotic communities
- Innovative thinking with the ability to identify and execute on robotic adoption opportunities
