Senior Own Brand Packaging & Product Designer
Own Brand Product Designer - Bloom & Wild Group
About Bloom & Wild
We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs and stepping up for the lows.
We care wildly about people and our planet, which is why we’re proud to be a certified B Corp™, committed to making long-term positive change for our community and the world around us.
Founded in 2013, we initially aimed to make sending and receiving flowers the joy they should be, leveraging technology, branding, and letterbox delivery. After announcing £75 million in Series D funding in 2021, we expanded internationally by acquiring bloomon in the Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders, making us Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower business.
Now home to three beautiful brands, we’re driven by a vision to create Europe’s first direct-to-consumer gifting destination — starting with Bloom & Wild and expanding into categories like cakes, candles, and cocktails.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
