We are seeking an experienced Senior Paediatric Audiologist to join our Paediatric Audiology Service, supporting children and families across North West London.

Who we are: https://www.imperial.nhs.uk/about-us

The service delivers comprehensive paediatric audiology care, including assessment of babies referred through the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme, behavioural and objective hearing assessments for children of all ages, and the habilitation of children with hearing loss. We also provide a specialist Bone Conduction Hearing Implant (BCHI) service. The Paediatric Audiology Service works closely alongside Adult Audiology Services and the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme to ensure seamless care.

The department is an accredited Scientist Training Programme (STP) training centre with the National School of Healthcare Science. The post holder will act as a Training Officer, providing clinical supervision, training and mentoring to STP trainees and junior staff, and will be expected to maintain ongoing professional development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, caring and patient-centred approach, with the ability to remain calm, organised and adaptable in a busy clinical environment. You will contribute to the continued development and delivery of a high-quality service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
