The Role

An amazing opportunity to join and lead our Paid Performance Marketing team here at Superdry. Responsible for managing the relationship with the media agency to ensure that all agreed budgets are optimised effectively to hit traffic, revenue and wider channel KPIs. You will own the full funnel digital channel strategy bringing together Performance and Brand activations to deliver a comprehensive view of Return on Investment.

You Will

  • Manage a team of Paid Performance Marketing Specialists to create a combined multi-channel annual strategy
  • Be responsible for working alongside Finance and Commercial teams to forecast full return in Paid Media investment across channels and markets
  • Continue to develop a plan on how to best leverage 1st Party Data from our CDP to ensure we have a fully robust and aligned audience strategy
  • Be responsible for managing the relationship with our Feed provider to ensure all channels are constantly optimising performance through a test and learn approach
  • Continually challenge the Budget Management process and evolve planning from last click ROAS to incorporate profit contribution into an always on approach
  • Develop an always on way of working across the marketing funnel alongside the Brand and Creative team to deliver a Social First strategy
  • Ensure all channels are optimised to hit business targets and create insights and recommendations into Ecommerce Director / Executive Trading Group
  • Support the Ecommerce Analytics team on development of reporting from Google Analytics 4 to ensure accurate and sophisticated reporting
  • Be the SME on all Paid Media activations across Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing and owning the relationship with the Paid Media agency
  • Set a Test and Learn agenda for all channels to ensure that Performance Marketing are constantly striving to enhance their digital maturity across existing and new media platforms
  • Support the personal development of the Performance Marketing Team, setting 121s and development plans

You Are

  • Enthusiastic and highly skilled in paid performance marketing within a fashion retail environment
  • Experience in managing agency relationships to implement the business strategy
  • Highly organised, adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven, able to analyse numbers and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, maintaining efficiency and focus under pressure.
