Senior Paid Media Executive
Salary: Up to £35K

Are you a rising star in Paid Media with a passion for DTC brands and a knack for driving performance across digital platforms? Our client — a fast-growing, creative digital agency in London — is looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to help scale bold, high-growth DTC clients across paid search and paid social channels.
🛒 The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with Paid Media Managers to build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a focus on delivering results for ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, creative input, and plenty of room to grow.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing
- Support in planning, executing, and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more
- Help shape performance strategies for DTC brands in lifestyle, fashion, health, and wellness sectors
- Conduct audience research, creative testing, and conversion optimisation
- Monitor performance and provide regular insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to align messaging and targeting
- Manage parts of client communication and reporting
✅ What You’ll Need
- 1.5–3 years’ experience in a Paid Media role (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally TikTok Ads
- Interest in DTC marketing and eCommerce funnels
- Data-savvy with knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and UTM tracking
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to grow
- London-based or able to commute 2x per week (hybrid model)
