About the Role
As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive performance and achieve business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign management to ensure effective allocation of budgets and maximum ROI. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making, as well as the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

At The Casus Group we create and market high-quality e-commerce websites for well-known brands - we’re growing at a great pace thanks to our great reputation. We’re looking to scale our digital marketing team and are looking for the next digital marketing expert to help us grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day client activity across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms and support senior members of the team when required
- Confidently handle client communication
- Demonstrate strong initiative in identifying growth opportunities for client accounts as well as testing opportunities
- Create client reports, forecasts as well as audit existing and new client accounts
- Be creative when looking for solutions to difficult problems
- Be an active, motivated and inspired member of the team
- Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations and ensure these are consistently followed
- Be provided opportunities for growth and success within the company

Ideal Candidate
- 2 years’ of experience managing both Google Ads & Meta accounts
- Up-to-date Google Ads Certifications and/or Meta Blueprint Certification
- A good grasp of effective marketing campaign principles and the ability to perform comprehensive analysis of campaign performance
- Energy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quickly
- Articulate and concise communication skills
- A desire to be a team player
