Location: Birmingham – 4 days in office Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonus
About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the Midlands' fastest-growing e-commerce businesses, as they invest in a high-performing digital marketing team. Operating across multiple European markets, this ambitious company is seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Media Executive to drive customer acquisition, maximise ROI, and shape the future of paid media activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll take ownership of PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta.
- Manage budgets, optimise performance, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Development, SEO, and E-commerce teams to analyse campaign performance, improve tracking and attribution, and contribute to commercial outcomes.
- Support and mentor junior team members as the function continues to scale.

About You
His or she would thrive with:
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and budgets, with expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta.
- Commercial acumen and an analytical mindset, with a passion for data scrutiny, opportunity spotting, and continuous campaign optimisation.
- Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable, along with exposure to Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or international campaigns (a bonus).
