If you're looking for the chance to work on campaigns for recognised household brands while developing your career in a growing agency, this could be the perfect next step. We're on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join an ambitious team at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of client accounts, influence strategy and work alongside some experts in their field.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking. You'll work closely with a range of clients to deliver high-performing paid media campaigns, continually testing, refining and improving performance while staying ahead of new trends and platform developments.

What we're looking for
- Around 2-3 years' experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Previous agency experience – (desired not essential)
- Experience in Google Ads and/or Meta
- Google Ads and Meta certifications – desired not essential
- Exposure to TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat or Spotify would be a plus!
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into action.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
What you'll be doing
- Managing paid media campaigns from initial setup through to ongoing optimisation and performance analysis.
- Taking ownership of day-to-day account performance.
- Sharing campaign results with clients/colleagues - reporting and actionable insights.
- Supporting the onboarding of new client accounts across advertising platforms and set up campaigns
- Monitoring budgets and insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contributing research and platform knowledge to support pitches, proposals and new business activity.
