The Role
Are you a Paid Media specialist looking for more than just another account management role? Do you have aspirations to progress into a Head of Paid Media in the next couple of years? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you!
We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency as they’re entering an exciting new phase of growth having built an impressive sales pipeline to add to their existing roster of clients. Having spent the last six months strengthening internal processes, and refining their proposition, the business is now looking for a Paid Media Manager to become a key part of its future.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, helping to deliver exceptional performance while playing an active role in shaping the agency’s Paid Media function. You’ll also support and mentor more junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them continue to develop. It’s the perfect role if you’re looking for someone to learn from, whilst also being heavily involved with the development of more junior team members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
