Senior Paid Media Manager - Creative Agency
Up to £46,000 plus benefits

Paid media is changing, and fast!
In this role you'll own creative strategy for a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce and growth-focused brands. On the Performance Creative team, you'll turn insights into high-performing paid media creative across Meta and TikTok.
The Job
- Own creative strategy for a portfolio of paid media clients across Meta and TikTok.
- Develop high-performing ad concepts aligned to brand positioning, audience insights, and performance goals.
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for AI-powered and human creators.
- Launch, optimise, and iterate campaigns using performance data to guide decisions.
- Build and manage creative testing frameworks, from hypothesis through analysis and refinement.
- Analyse platform and business performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead creative discussions and workshops with client stakeholders.
- Present creative performance insights and recommendations in a clear, commercially focused way.

What's Required
- Proven experience in performance creative, paid social creative strategy, or a similar role.
- A track record of creating high-performing paid media creative, particularly across Meta and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of how creative decisions influence commercial outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Creatify, Arcads, ElevenLabs, CapCut Pro, or similar.
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager for campaign management, optimisation, and analysis.
- Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication and briefing skills

Nice to Have
- Experience with Motion, Foreplay, or other creative analytics platforms.
- Agency experience across multiple sectors or brands.
- Understanding of how creative strategy connects to media buying, offers, and wider growth objectives.
- Experience briefing UGC creators or managing influencer-generated content.
- Experience facilitating workshops or collaborative client sessions.
