About the Role
You will take ownership of a growing client roster and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta, with opportunities to work across LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms. You will work directly with founder Max and collaborate with the wider team to help clients scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Take ownership of a roster of SaaS and homeware clients.
- Manage progressively larger client accounts as your roster develops.
- Build and implement full-funnel, data-driven advertising strategies.
- Handle conversion tracking from setup through ongoing management.
- Communicate directly and confidently with clients.
- Collaborate with the founder and wider team to deliver high-quality campaign work.
- Use AI and the agency’s internal software thoughtfully to improve delivery and client value.
Qualifications
- At least five years of broader paid advertising experience.
- At least three years of Google Ads management experience.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Ability to manage conversion tracking independently and in full.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with additional advertising platforms, agencies, startups, Google Analytics, or third-party tracking software is advantageous.
