Job Description This role is based in 5 Howick Place, Victoria, London office The Paid Media Manager will play a critical role in supporting the VP Performance Marketing in driving excellence across paid digital media channels—including PPC, paid social, and programmatic—within One Informa. This role will focus on executing strategies, managing agency relationships, and ensuring high-performing campaign delivery to achieve consistent, scalable, and measurable results aligned with business objectives. The Paid Media Manager will act as a key contributor to the success of paid media initiatives, with a particular emphasis on agency management and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support Collaborate with the VP Performance Marketing to implement the vision and strategic role of paid media across One Informa. Assist in building and evolving group-wide frameworks for PPC, paid social, and programmatic campaigns. Support the establishment of standards and best practices to drive consistency, performance, and innovation across teams and agencies. Partner with business and marketing leaders to translate commercial objectives into actionable paid media strategies. Campaign Execution & Optimization Where required, deep dive into specific campaigns to recommend improvements and best practice Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI/ROAS, and ensure adherence to established KPIs and benchmarks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively structured, targeted, and optimized for maximum impact. Agency Management Act as the primary liaison between One Informa and media agencies, ensuring alignment with defined scopes, performance frameworks, and review cadences. Support the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of media agencies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. Drive accountability and performance improvement through regular agency reviews and audits. Collaborate with the VP Performance Marketing to maintain strong relationships with key channel partners (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta) to optimize spend and campaign innovation. Internal Team Enablement Provide guidance and mentorship to in-market and functional teams on campaign architecture, optimization, and strategic approach. Support capability development initiatives, including training programs, resources, and frameworks to elevate internal team expertise in paid media. Actively contribute to the paid media marketing community by sharing insights, emerging trends, and best practices. Measurement & Reporting Assist in setting unified KPIs, benchmarks, and attribution models for paid media campaigns. Collaborate with the Group Data Analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting structures and actionable insights. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best-in-class playbooks. How Success Will Be Measured Performance & Efficiency: Media ROI/ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead/Conversion, Conversion Rate Improvement. Agency Management: Agency Performance Scores, Alignment with Frameworks, Compliance Rates. Team Enablement: Internal Team Capability Maturity, Training Adoption Rates, Onboarding Time for New Markets. Business Alignment: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Integration with Commercial Goals, Contribution to Forecast Accuracy. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who: Has proven expertise: With 5+ years of experience in paid media management, you have a strong track record of driving performance across PPC, paid social, and programmatic channels. Is detail-oriented: You excel at campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring every detail aligns with strategic goals. Thrives in collaboration: You work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and channel partners to deliver measurable results. Is results-driven: You focus on metrics that matter, ensuring campaigns deliver ROI and align with business objectives. Is adaptable and innovative: You stay ahead of industry trends, challenge assumptions, and push boundaries to improve performance. Communicates effectively: Your ability to build trust and influence stakeholders ensures alignment and success across teams.
