We are a fantastic independent digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Paid Search Executive to join our Paid Media Team.
About the Role
A vital opportunity to drive growth and results through paid search campaigns, blending seamless hybrid working with enabling professional development.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Conducting performance analysis and delivering data-driven recommendations
- Implementing testing and optimisation strategies to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal specialists to align strategic messaging
- Supporting the delivery of exceptional results across diverse accounts

Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- 18 months to 3 years' experience in PPC/Paid Search
- Strong hands-on Google Ads competence
- Familiarity with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign structures
- Google Analytics knowledge and experience
- Agency experience or proficiency in managing multiple accounts
- A degree-level qualification, preferably in STEM fields (welcome preference shown)
- A passion for problem-solving and data-centric thinking
