Role Overview
Tombola is one of Europe’s most distinctive online gambling brands, and Spain is one of its fastest-growing markets. With continued investment across both bingo and casino, this role will play a key part in accelerating growth in the region.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing paid social from day one. It involves owning the Spanish paid social plan end-to-end, from campaign execution and budget management to performance optimisation and stakeholder collaboration.
Working within the Paid Social team and reporting to the Senior Display & Paid Social Manager, this role will act as the go-to for the Spanish market, helping to bring local insight, speed and focus to activity.
What you'll be doing
Spanish market paid social (end-to-end)
- Own the paid social strategy and execution for Spain across bingo and casino acquisition
- Collaborate with Brand and the Senior Paid Social Manager to deliver brand awareness campaigns
- Build, launch, optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and other relevant platforms
- Explore new platforms, partners and audience strategies to drive incremental growth

Commercial performance
- Manage the Spanish paid social budget across acquisition and brand activity
- Deliver against CPA, ROI, LTV and volume targets
- Use data to inform decisions on scaling, optimisation and testing
- Forecast performance, identify risks early and propose solutions
Creative & offer
- Brief creative teams on market-relevant assets tailored to the Spanish audience
- Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences and placements
Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Compliance and the wider Spain team to align activity across the market
- Represent paid social Spain in planning discussions, contributing insights and recommendations
- Deliver clear reporting and maintain regular communication with stakeholders
Contribution to the team
- Share learnings and best practices across the wider paid social team
- Identify and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for
- Experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns, ideally within gambling, betting or another regulated industry
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Snapchat Ads platforms
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding and creative testing
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4, platform reporting tools and Excel
- Experience working on the Spanish market, or the ability to quickly build market understanding (fluency in Spanish strongly preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Understanding of Spanish gambling regulations and their impact on paid social
- Experience launching or scaling campaigns in new markets
- Knowledge of attribution models beyond platform reporting
