At Performics, we're looking for a Paid Social Senior Account Executive to join our team and work on Coty, home to some of the world's most recognisable beauty, skincare and fragrance brands.

Responsibilities
The Role
As a Paid Social Senior Account Executive, you'll support the planning, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with your Account Manager to deliver best-in-class performance, uncover insights and help drive growth for Coty.
You'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, analysing performance, sharing recommendations and helping ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning through to reporting. Based on the JD, you'll be responsible for campaign activation, optimisation, reporting, client communication and supporting quality assurance processes.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and activating paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social platforms.
- Building media plans and supporting responses to client briefs.
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to deliver strong results.
- Producing insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Presenting campaign performance and learnings to clients.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Experience activating paid social campaigns and supporting media planning.
- Confidence communicating with clients and sharing performance insights.
- A naturally analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
- A desire to learn, develop and grow within a leading performance marketing agency.
