Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Social Senior Account Executive to join the Microsoft team, helping shape impactful, data-driven campaigns across global platforms. This is an exciting chance to blend creativity with performance—planning and executing campaigns that drive measurable results while growing your expertise quickly.
You’ll work alongside a Paid Social Account Manager, delivery success from day one by: ✔ Collaborating on strategies for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit. ✔ Translating client briefs into clear, compelling media plans and presentations. ✔ Countersink live campaigns for peak performance and results. ✔ Ensuring seamless campaign setup, trafficking, and delivery. ✔ Handling financial processes like bookings, reconciliations, and queries. ✔ Analysing data to deliver insightful, actionable recommendations. ✔ Cultivating strong client relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Transform client briefs into clear, persuasive media plans and supporting materials.
- Optimise campaigns in real-time to improve performance and outcomes.
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and delivery with precision.
- Handle financial workflows, including bookings, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights for future strategies.
- Build relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to a collaborative culture.
Requirements
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in planning and running paid social campaigns.
- Confidence in client-facing discussions and presenting strategic campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills—able to translate data into decisive actions.
- Attention to detail in campaign maintenance (setup, reporting, and errors).
- Skills to multitask efficiently in a structured, fast-paced workflow.
- Proactivity and growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and communicative—thriving in team-based creative environments.
