The Role
As a Senior Paid Social Executive – Ecommerce, you’ll help deliver outstanding paid social media results for ecommerce clients across key social channels including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You’ll use your analytical, commercial and methodical approach to set up, manage and optimise performance-led campaigns that drive revenue, customer acquisition and measurable growth.
You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis of ecommerce paid social accounts, helping shape strategy and ensuring ROAS, revenue and efficiency targets are met. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities across audiences, creative, product feeds, tracking and landing pages, while supporting junior members of the team through mentoring and quality checking their work.

The Ideal Candidate
As our Senior Paid Social Executive – Ecommerce, you’ll have 1-2 years’ experience working within a paid social media position, with hands-on ecommerce campaign experience being essential. Agency experience is preferable; however, we will consider candidates from client side with strong ecommerce performance marketing experience.
You will need strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a positive, collaborative approach. A passion for ecommerce, paid social performance and measurable growth is essential, along with the confidence to support junior colleagues, review work carefully and maintain high standards across multiple ecommerce accounts and platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Duties
- Plan, build, manage and optimise ecommerce paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Monitor performance against ecommerce KPIs including revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and customer acquisition targets
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to share performance updates, actionable insight and optimisation recommendations
- Work with platform owners to troubleshoot campaign, tracking, catalogue, pixel and feed issues
- Effectively manage client budgets, ensuring media spend is paced accurately and aligned to performance goals throughout the month
- Support creative testing, product feed optimisation and audience strategies to improve ecommerce performance
- Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance, support and constructive feedback
- Review junior team members’ work to ensure accuracy, quality and attention to detail before it is shared with clients or internal stakeholders
Skills/Experience
- Hands-on ecommerce paid social experience is essential
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and wider paid social platforms
- Experience working with creative designers and briefing creative assets for paid social
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio and ecommerce performance reporting
- Strong understanding of website conversion tracking, pixels, catalogues, product feeds and optimisation
- Ability to analyse ecommerce performance data and translate results into clear recommendations
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- A structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple ecommerce accounts
