As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll take ownership of a key strategic client, leading both the strategy and delivery across a complex and high value paid social account. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving performance, building a strong client partnership and confidently navigating challenges to ensure campaigns meet and exceed KPIs.
Key responsibilities Own end to end paid social strategy and delivery across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more, optimising to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, MER, CPA and COS. Lead the day to day management of a key strategic account, balancing performance delivery with proactive client leadership and clear direction. Build and maintain a strong, trusted client relationship, confidently presenting plans, results and recommendations and managing expectations where needed. Lead on audience research, competitor analysis and platform best practice, ensuring innovative, high impact campaigns. Work closely with the Paid Social Lead to enhance our eCommerce offering, introducing new tools, processes and features to improve performance, attract new clients and strengthen tracking and feed management. Collaborate with internal teams, particularly on integrated and multi-channel activity, to deliver cohesive campaigns. Maintain a strong focus on commercial performance, ensuring profitability while identifying efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and experience Proven experience managing large scale, complex eCommerce paid social accounts, ideally with ownership of key or flagship clients. Strong platform expertise across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (LinkedIn a bonus). Highly analytical, with the ability to use multiple data sources to inform strategy and decision-making. Confident and credible communicator, with strong client leadership skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations. Organised, commercially aware and proactive, with the ability to lead through complexity and drive outcomes.
