Location: Remote Salary: Up to £60,000
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage paid media campaigns for premium e-commerce brands
- Design and implement full-funnel, 360° strategies for max ROI
- Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to creative briefs, testing and evaluating the impact of creative assets
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support junior/multidisciplinary teams
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for small-agency veterans with:
- 3+ years running commercial Meta ads + 1+ year managing TikTok ads for multiple e-commerce clients
- A strategic mindset combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving
- Experience in high-touch environments where quality ideas (“less is more”) drive business results
