About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.

Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performance Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. This is not a role for a generalist or a beginner; we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation within the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections, managing high-level client relationships, and eventually transitioning into a leadership role as we expand. If you are an "extreme ownership" practitioner who can identify opportunities before they are flagged and scale accounts with precision, this is the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
