Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise paid social campaigns across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Drive profitable campaign performance through:
- Testing
- Analysis
- Data-led optimisation
- Lead creative strategy, including:
- Testing roadmaps
- Direct-response ad copy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by:
- Providing strategic insights
- Offering performance recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities through:
- Account development
- Cross-functional collaboration

Essential Experience
- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns in an agency or similar environment
- Strong experience working with DTC eCommerce brands
- Proven ability to manage a monthly ad spend of £30k–£50k+
- Hands-on experience across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Ideation of other major paid social platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools like:
- Shopify
- Triple Whale
- Motion Analytics
- Agency Analytics
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
