About Soar Group
The Soar Group is a UK performance agency group comprising three specialist agencies. With over £100M+ in yearly ad spend under management and a team of 130+, we work with 7-9 figure DTC and e-commerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
We were nominated for Meta's Creative Diversity Award 2025 and were named the UK's #1 independent Meta agency group by Meta. Our creative department is the group's biggest growth lever - and this role is central to where it goes next.
Our values:
- Extreme Ownership.
- Radical Curiosity.
- Kind Candour.
- Outcome Obsessed.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to run and scale paid media performance for a portfolio of ambitious e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on, execution-led role for someone who lives inside Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, knows exactly why an account is winning or losing, and can move fast to fix it.
You'll take full ownership of campaign performance across your accounts - structure, targeting, budget deployment, creative testing, and optimisation - while working closely with Growth Executives and creative teams to keep testing velocity high. You're the specialist clients trust because you know their account better than anyone, and because your recommendations are backed by data, not guesswork.
This is a great fit for someone who wants deep ownership of paid media performance without the overhead of broader commercial strategy - someone who wants to be the best in the room at running paid social, not managing a strategy function.
Your Impact
- Take day-to-day ownership of paid media performance across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts.
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta and TikTok (Google exposure a plus).
- Diagnose performance issues fast - creative fatigue, targeting inefficiency, budget misallocation, conversion drop-off - and act on them.
- Run structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and offers.
- Turn account data into clear, practical recommendations clients understand and trust.
- Work closely with Growth Executives and creative teams to keep output quality and speed high.
- Join client calls to walk through performance, testing plans, and next steps.
- Use AI tools daily to speed up analysis, reporting, and campaign management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
