As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving panel growth through sophisticated acquisition strategies, advanced tracking solutions and data-driven optimisation.
This role combines hands-on performance marketing expertise with ownership of attribution and measurement frameworks across multiple markets. Working closely with agency partners, product teams, engineers and data specialists, you will help ensure that acquisition performance is accurately measured, continuously improved and scaled across the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing

Acquisition Strategy & Regional Performance
- Support the development and execution of acquisition marketing strategies across EMEA to drive sustainable panel growth.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align acquisition activity with business objectives.
- Partner with the Global Panel team to support recruitment planning and vendor performance evaluation.

Performance Marketing & Attribution
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, co-registration programmes, search engine optimisation (SEO) and referral initiatives.
- Advise on attribution and tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of acquisition activity and partner performance.
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to maintain and improve tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side tagging and server-to-server integrations.
- Support API-based attribution and event-tracking solutions to enhance data quality and reduce measurement gaps.
- Investigate tracking discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Analyse attribution and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

Campaign Optimisation & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance across markets, focusing on cost efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates and long-term engagement.
- Develop insights and recommendations using analytics and reporting tools.
- Continuously test and optimise acquisition channels, audience strategies and creative approaches to improve performance.
- Translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.

Partnerships & Vendor Management
- Manage affiliate programmes and media partnerships across multiple markets.
- Identify and evaluate new partners to strengthen and diversify the acquisition mix.
- Support commercial discussions, supplier reviews and contract negotiations.

Budget Management & Forecasting
- Support acquisition budget planning and forecasting activities.
- Track performance against targets and recommend investment adjustments based on performance and market trends.
- Help ensure marketing spend is allocated effectively to maximise return on investment.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about developments in measurement, privacy, attribution and digital marketing technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition performance through testing, automation and process enhancements.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
The Ideal Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, analytical capability and technical marketing knowledge. You will likely have:
- Experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with attribution models, conversion tracking and performance measurement frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including knowledge of server-side tagging principles.
- Experience supporting or managing server-to-server integrations, API-based tracking solutions or advanced attribution implementations.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Experience using reporting, analytics and data visualisation tools to communicate performance trends.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising marketing investments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
