About the Role?

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment. You will be involved in:

  • Handling a caseload of divorce and domestic violence matters
  • Carrying out delegated work for senior lawyers, across a wide variety of family law matters
  • Drafting documents and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and supporting solicitors in case preparation
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy
  • Attending court hearings and meetings where applicable

Who Are We Looking For?

A Senior Paralegal:

  • Who has completed the SQE1
  • Has a minimum of 1 year's experience in family law

A Trainee Solicitor:

  • Who has completed the LPC

  • Has a minimum of 1 year's experience in family law

  • Experience of supporting and progressing family law matters including divorce and domestic violence matters

  • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently and work well under pressure

  • A pro-active and client-focused approach
