£50,000 – £70,000 + Bonus
A well-established and growing wealth management firm in Mayfair, London is looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative technical team. Circa 800 clients from strong referral streams and financial education initiatives.
This is a key hire supporting the Head of Paraplanning, working closely with a team of junior to mid-level paraplanners. The role will suit someone confident stepping into a technical “go-to” position, able to check complex calculations, answer queries, and help elevate the overall quality of advice output.

The Role
- Supporting the Head of Paraplanning with technical oversight
- Reviewing and checking complex calculations
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Working across pensions, investments, and protection cases
- Involvement in technical areas including trusts, bonds, wills, and probate
- Assisting with platform work and recommendations
To Be Considered For This Senior Paraplanner Position
- Minimum 5 years’ paraplanning experience
- Level 4 qualified and ideally working towards Chartered status
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments

Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience/ qualifications)
- Discretionary bonus
- 25 days holiday

- Hybrid working: 3 days in London office, 2 days from home (post-probation which is 4 months)
