What you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in building relationships and strategising loyalty solutions as part of the team, alongside key responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship & Campaign Management

  • Interpret and apply consumer insights to develop and sell long-term and tactical marketing campaigns
  • Own ownership of solidarity propositions aligned with business strategy, leveraging emerging technologies

Financial & Revenue Growth

  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets, including production and tracking
  • Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities

Account & Team Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, key stakeholders, and senior leaders
  • Lead high-level client meetings, mentor, and manage team members
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders, and drive contract renegotiations

Team Collaboration

  • Drive growth through strategic partnerships and drive optimal business outcomes
  • Continuously optimise resources and unlock synergies for efficiency improvements

Leverage your expertise in marketing, loyalty, and customer relationship management to deliver high-impact results.

  • Experience & Accountability – Develop and manage long-term client relationships, balance growth opportunities.
  • Financial & Strategic Leadership – Hold accountability for total spent budget and execute successful business plans.
  • Communication & Influence – Mastery of stakeholder management, collaboration with senior-level partnerships.

Critical traits:

  • Proven track record in building customer loyalty & CRM initiatives
  • Data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in managing high-value budgets and revenue optimisation

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated client relationship management in marketing, loyalty, or CRM domains
  • Proven ability to lead CRM or data-driven marketing activities
  • Experience in developing loyalty propositions
  • Strong track record in interpreting and applying consumer insights for actionable campaigns
  • Financial responsibility for multi-million-pound budgets
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and team leadership/mentoring
  • Independent commercial decision-making skills
  • Facility in successfully executing joint business plans for revenue growth
