Senior Partner Manager

Part of the Xelix Team: What’s It Like Here?

At Xelix, we empower some of the world’s largest companies to automate and fortify their financial controls. Our AI-driven solutions transform how Accounts Payable teams operate—shifting from manual tasks to automated, intellectually driven workflows.

We’re a high-energy, fast-scaling business—progress happens quickly, and so do expectations. With a Series B raise from Insight Partners (June 2025) and aggressive growth plans, our team of 150+ talented professionals works collectively to drive our mission forward. Here, trust isn’t questioned: ownership is embraced, speed is celebrated, and impact is meaningful.

You’ll thrive here if you’re excited to build something extraordinary. Together.

The Opportunity: Partnerships Lead (Commercial)

Xelix’s partnerships channel generates over 25% of company revenue, with the most strategic alliances found in the BPO and Big Four consulting/SI spaces. In this role, you’ll own critical relationships end-to-end, with clear revenue targets tied to growth.

This isn’t just customer success—it’s commercially driven partnerships. You’ll lead strategy, execute daily operations across high-value partnerships, and co-sell opportunities with partners before deals close. Think *deal management, but without pure sales execution—instead, you’ll bridge strategy and execution, ensuring deals progress fluidly.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Ownership

  • Own the full lifecycle of our largest BPO partnership
  • Build and nurture a strategic Big Four consulting/SI partnership
  • Activate and onboard additional high-value partners

Strategic & Operational Growth

  • Develop and execute clear growth strategies for each partnership, linked to revenue targets
  • Maintain and drive a joint pipeline across the partner portfolio
  • Support partners in closing reseller deals and enabling high-value referrals

Mental Engagement & Collaboration

  • Design and chair key operational rhythms: kickoff meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), weekly syncs, and joint planning sessions
  • Foster deep relationships within partner organisations at both senior and practitioner levels (think C-level to hands-on technicians).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
