What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of Partner Management or their designee and based in Banbury, UK, you will support departmental and organisational objectives by contributing to day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and performance, and working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Partner Management & Account Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of strategic commercial partners and deliver exceptional partner service.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Ensure contractual rights and deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Develop activation strategies aligned to partner objectives and team priorities.
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth, renewals, upselling, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively address issues or risks.
- Provide reporting, business updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the Team at races, partner events, industry functions, and commercial meetings.
Partnership Activation & Events
- Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activation programmes throughout the season.
- Manage digital and social media activations, branding opportunities, hospitality allocations, driver appearances, show car activations, merchandise commitments, and content campaigns.
- Develop activation calendars and project plans.
- Coordinate internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support partner engagement activities, hospitality programmes, VIP experiences, and networking events.
- Ensure all partner experiences reflect the Team's premium standards.

Reporting & Commercial Growth
- Develop annual partnership reviews demonstrating value delivered and return on investment.
- Track contractual deliverables and activation performance.
- Provide recommendations for optimisation and partner engagement opportunities.
- Support renewal strategies and contribute to commercial negotiations where required.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
- Maintain CRM systems, trackers, budgets, and account documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Hospitality, Commercial, Operations, Communications, and Finance.
- Support junior team members and partnership coordinators.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting standards.
- Assist senior leadership with strategic partnership initiatives and special projects.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, account management, sports marketing, agency services, or a related commercial environment.
- Experience managing high-value commercial partnerships.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholder groups and complex activation programs.
- Experience measuring and reporting partner performance with a strong analytical mindset.

- Experience within motorsport, professional sport, entertainment, or premium brands.
