At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise
To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is our strategic Partner with whom we have thousands of joint customers using Snowflake on AWS. To support our growth, we are expanding our technical team that is dedicated to the AWS relationship within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This AWS-focused function sits within Snowflake's broader Partner Solution Engineering organisation.
This exciting, remote-flexible role involves collaboration with a diverse group of people across the many different countries and industries in EMEA. One day you could be supporting a team in South Africa; the next you could be dialling into a call with our Swedish team. We are looking for someone who is passionate to support the technical partnership of Snowflake on AWS. You will join a friendly and supportive team of fellow AWS subject matter experts across the globe, one of whom is already in EMEA, and work together with them on a number of initiatives. These can range from providing technical guidance to AWS Solution Architect (SA) teams, assisting in strategic customer accounts and related deals, providing technical enablement for Snowflake Solution Engineering team, or even helping to guide our product development based on what you learn from your customer conversations. While the day-to-day has a lot of variety, these activities are woven with the common thread of building a collaborative technical partnership between Snowflake and AWS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
