We are seeking a curious, data-savvy, and insights-driven Senior Partnerships Analyst to support the EMEA team, based in the UK.

The Impact You Will Make

This position focuses on uncovering trends, analyzing data, and influencing strategy through actionable insights which will enhance our existing Partnerships, support new Business Development and accelerate our business efficiency and effectiveness. These insights will impact across the student lifecycle so that we can better support our Partners and Students.

This role will work closely with leaders in the UK and colleagues in the US to ensure actionable insights are raised, implemented, and tracked. Increasing the value we provide to our partners, their students, and our internal teams.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do:

  • Creation of a source of truth, data management, collation & hygiene to support EMEA business operations.
  • Maintain, audit, and reconcile student records between Risepoint’s CRM and university partner systems, with deep knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Validate, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability, and collaborate with internal teams to support development of the right dashboards and any automation.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver regular performance and engagement reports.
  • Trend analysis & process optimization across the Student Journey to support business growth through growth in new enrollments, improvements in retention, or reduced cost of acquisition.
  • Analyze student lifecycle and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across all business functions to support business growth.
  • Analyze information at program, vertical, and portfolio levels to inform optimization requirements and wider trend insight, to support program and partnership growth.
  • Develop hypothesis and conduct root cause analysis to explain metric changes or emerging patterns.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling narratives and visualizations, with clear articulation to business stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Provide insights that inform strategic planning and enhance the student lifecycle and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and team members to monitor optimizations and ensure meaningful impact on key metrics.
  • Create tools to manage, track, and reconcile data on program performance alongside business projections, to improve our forecasting and identify additional opportunities.
  • Trend and market analysis to support Business Development success and Partnership revenue growth, through identification of opportunities to differentiate and improve our proposition.
  • Monitor emerging consumer and societal trends across industries to help identify innovation opportunities, leveraging existing paid and free data sources. Create clear narratives and presentation of trends to support decision-making on product success.
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring to identify opportunities in pricing, content, approach to inform competitive differentiation and support business development or partnership discussions.
  • Development of enrollment projections, in collaboration with marketing teams based on market data, for current and prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Innovation team to support business development activity through actionable market insights and identification and presentation of relevant, available data.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Accurate, reliable, and well-maintained data sources support business operations and decision-making across the EMEA team, with automation where possible.
  • Data discrepancies and operational issues are proactively identified and resolved efficiently.
  • Student, program, and partnership performance trends are clearly identified and translated into actionable business insights, with are understood and executed upon by the wider team.
  • Reporting, dashboards, and analysis provide meaningful support to strategic planning and operational optimization efforts.
  • Business stakeholders receive clear, relevant, and timely insights that support growth and decision-making.
  • Optimization initiatives contribute to improvements in enrollment growth, retention, forecasting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
  • Market and competitor insights effectively support partnership growth and business development activities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration supports alignment between UK and US teams and enables informed decision-making across the student lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience That Matters Most:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce in particular), applying them to reporting, dashboard design, and data validation for analytical initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Working experience with one or more analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for extracting meaningful, data-driven insights.
  • Experience implementing automation or AI tools to streamline repetitive workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct quantitative analysis and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience developing reporting, analysis, forecasting, or performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and relationships across teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom.

Experience That’s Great to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Databricks/Snowflake is preferred.
  • Experience working within higher education, online education, or student lifecycle environments.
  • Experience supporting business development, market analysis, or partnership growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enrollment forecasting, program performance analysis, or retention analysis.
  • Experience working with data visualization, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience collaborating across international teams or matrixed organizations.
