In addition, we also develop and organise in-person scientific workshops and virtual webinars via our events arm, Magdalen Scientific.
We provide HCPs with trustworthy, rapid, accessible updates in their field. Our goal is to improve understanding of the clinical landscape, empowering healthcare professionals to deliver the best quality care and improve the lives of patients worldwide.
The role
MMP is seeking a Senior Partnerships Executive to work within the MMP Business Team to support the expansion of scientific activities through extending funding for online educational projects from the life sciences industry. The role offers varied, interesting and fast-paced work within a high-performing, stimulating and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a life sciences degree, excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time whilst maintaining high standards, including coping with busy periods and tight deadlines. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
